Labor Networking: Toil is a labor network company, that connects contract day labor with individuals who need temp. Labor to perform a specific task through it’s own Smartphone application. Upon opening the app, a map displays all available labor within a set geographic parameter and recommends the closest available person, the user then can view ratings from previous users, skill set, license if applicable, photo, and exact location. The user can then select the recommendation or request another recommendation. The user also has the ability to track the arrival time of the labor. All hiring and payment is handled exclusively through Toil and not with the hired labor. The ability to schedule out future tasks is also an option.

Toil is a Labor Network Request tool- We are not an employment agency, labor group or placement firm. We provide a technology to link individuals who want to offer their time and skill to individuals who need temporary or short term help with laborious tasks.
